   4月1日我在回家的路上得知被拟录取，一直偷笑着回到家。我的初试成绩不高，政治73，英语62，基础115，综合102，总分352，在复试名单中大概排到第63，拟录取名单排到第52。交大今年逆天似得涨了15分，暗自庆幸自己考到了350，不过跟各位大神相比这点分数是很低的。今年进入复试的孩子有91个，最后大概淘汰了15个。
         初试经验各位大神应该会陆续发布，交大的版块经验贴好少，所以我就来献献丑，希望能帮到后来人，也对自己的感悟做个总结。选择法硕选择交大都是出于自己的想法，既然大家看到这个帖子，应该心中有了自己的目标专业和学校，剩下的就是努力了。
   政治：我是文科出生，所以政治基本没怎么准备，可以带着崇敬的心情去看红宝书，法硕联盟论坛上各种资料比较齐全。英语：每天2篇阅读理解，暑假2天1篇小作文，开学后1天1篇大作文，自己写自己改，总结不足。暑假开始每天同步做1篇完型1篇新题型，第二天将前一天做过的完型通篇朗读，既可以培养语感，又能帮你练得一口动听的发音，十分有帮助。法律：反复看书，看过2、3遍之后你会发现之前不太懂的都可以理解了。记不住就抄写，后期我着重抄写论坛押题，标准化题库的大题，我写字比较快所以不怎么费时间，既可以帮助你记住要点，还能帮你练得一手好笔迹，十分有帮助。
　　下面说说重要感悟：1、中文字迹一定要工整，如果你写得一手好字，那无疑是赏心悦目的，平时多写写练练，字迹算得上考试成功的非智力因素之一。2、中文回答一定要条理清晰，政治和法律的大题必须列点回答，一目了然又简明扼要。3、英语不仅要写还要大声地朗读，提高语感，对复试时候的口语也有帮助。4、每天的作息尽量规律，我的时间安排是08:00-11:00政治，14:00-17:30英语，18:00-22:00法律。5、即使每天重复这种枯燥的循环，你也要无怨无悔，要认定一点：有失必有得！现在的努力就是为未来加分！6、期间你可能会有各种感悟各种烦恼，可以写下来，以后烦躁的时候翻翻看看。7、考研团队对你而言有没有必要，团队带给你的影响是好是坏？比如寝室一个女生在睡觉，可能这就成为你懒床的理由；又或者有气场强大的队友，会不会给你造成心理压力？8、不能浮躁，不要浮躁！9、整个考验过程就我一个人在寝室，寝室就是我的自习室，两个凳子支起来再架上床上小书桌，床之间牵一条毛线挂着小台灯，每天该干嘛干嘛，我们要自觉。10、最后的12月，每周照着考研的安排做一次模拟考试，自己评分，往死里整往严里整，大题一定要写，12月我做了5次模拟，分数为287,334,332,339,356，最后一次模拟的成绩政治73，英语65，基础115，综合103，这个分数与我考研的成绩几乎一致。11、劳逸结合，别累着，想想暑假的时候我还半夜爬起来看奥运会（对了，暑假别回家，就在学校吃苦吧），平时撒撒枪手拍拍蟑螂点点蚊香做做俯卧撑，晚上会登登论坛，天冷了眯点小酒暖暖身子。12、考研准备不要流于形式。踏踏实实才是王道。有同学为了搞好英语，买了成堆的资料啊外刊啊书籍啊，结果都没有真正看完一本。初试靠的是笔头，是应试考试，浮华的东西经不起考验。
　　下面说说复试。
　　初试成绩出来后大家一起交流，一起猜想分数线，一起聊聊八卦，当然更多的是复试准备。1月6号考完，放寒假，3月1日我就回到学校，正式开始复试准备。这个阶段比较放松，没有严格的作息，每天听6级听力（后来发现考地果然是6级内容，还想着一句都听不懂肯定得挂了），朗读你准备的口语材料，特别是自我介绍研究生计划了然于心。今年法律复试改革，考三道案例，我主要看人大绿皮的经典案例分析，每晚看某个网站的法制评论，要关注热点问题。
　　 3月22日：到达虹桥站，办了公交卡（押金20元），坐虹桥枢纽4路到鹤庆路下车走到锦江之星酒店（有好几个战友住这，可以商量好拼一下房，网站注册一下预定之，我定的标准间，3晚可用3张优惠劵，一共657元，环境不错，门口的两个公交都到交大门口，两站路一元钱就成。）附近吃的比较多，犹记得鸭血粉丝汤，10元一碗，味道很好。逛逛校园（真心大，脚都磨了，找找法学楼，进拖鞋门后一直往右。）在法学院门口见了几个群里的战友。
　　3月23日：上午和文弟起大早准备去体检（法学院安排在25号，我俩想早点弄完就提前去了），到了校医院人家说今天体检的全在徐家汇校区，于是我和一个医学院复试的女生一起地铁到了徐家汇校区，各种排队，最囧的是量三围，不多说了，大概两三个小时搞定。）下午4点半开始听力，走进教室发现男生居多，题目貌似是6级的，听得比较清晰。之后大家打打招呼，各自散去。
　　3月24日：早上7点多就去法学楼交各种表啊证啊，交的都是复印件，包括4,6级证书复印件，学籍验证复印件，身份证复印件，本科成绩大表复印件，学生证复印件。收表的貌似是传说中的枫学长，嘿嘿。之后去各自的面试教室门口候着。我在第三组，算的上是女生集中组。到了教室门口赶紧查查我们小组复试老师的研究方向（发现两个老师都是武大的，作为一个武汉来的孩子顿时感到了压力，想着老师会不会问关于武汉的问题，主考官是女老师，亲和有加）。此次面试时间控制的比较严格，15分钟左右1人，3道法律案例（刑法、民法、法理加宪法综合），英语口语。每个面试完的孩子一出来就被大家围住，讲讲题目以及怎么回答的。后发现4个小组题目基本一致，法理加宪法综合案例有很多时政热点，比如国五条，黄浦江死猪。轮到你的时候，有个学姐会给你开门，走进去先鞠个躬说声老师好，搬开椅子坐下，面前3个信封，从中各抽一个纸条，将题号报给老师，开始作答。自我介绍自行选择英文或者中文，最好用英文，老师很看重英语的。第一个问题有点舌头打结，没回答好，后面两个还行。左边两个老师或发问或帮你解围，最右边的老师整个过程没讲一句话，我都不敢看他，超紧张。问完法律问题之后老师居然没有再问的欲望了，我赶紧说需不需要自我介绍，老师说那就来两句，然后我就噼里啪啦说了英文，老师就自我介绍又追问了几个英语问题，幸好都有准备到，佛祖保佑。出来前再鞠个躬说声谢谢老师。）然后面试就结束了。大家面试出来后感觉都不太好，因为紧张在所难免，不过别灰心噢。
　　3月25日：踏着轻快的脚步到达虹桥站（大部分同学25号在做体检，我提前搞完就可以提前飘走。）凭火车票可以在大厅某处领取矿泉水一瓶，现在一切搞完了感觉喝水都是香的，嘿嘿。然后……就没有然后了……

   下面是我自己写的英语口语的相关问题，绝对原创，绝对手打，累死我也。
一、自我介绍（网上很多范文，最好自己写，突出自己的特色，性格爱好的介绍比较重要,不要罗列自己得过什么奖啊证啊。）
Good morning dear professiors,it is my great honor to have this interview. Now I will introduce myself briefly. My name is猫.I am 22 years old. My major is Business Administration in Wuhan Polytechnic University. I will get my bachelor’s degree this July. My hometown is HongHu in Hubei Province. It is famous for the seventh largest freshwater lake in China--HongHu Lake. I guess you may hear a famous song:”洪湖水啊浪呀么浪打浪啊”(唱出来)，It is a song about my hometown. In the past 4 years,I have been studying hard as well as taking part in various campus activities. In my spare time,I like resding books.I also like ball games,such as basketball,volleyball,table tennis and badminton. I am able to play them well. I believe that I am a reliable person with excellent health and pleasant personality. Just as my appearrance,my character like a boy. I have a strong heart and I like to finish my work effectivelly because I don’t like dragging feet. If I could be luckly enough to be one member of this great university,I will concentrate on my study and make great efforts to learn as much as possible so as to make contributions to this university and society. And I promise that I would never let you down! That’s all about me,thank you!!!

二、介绍家乡（我的家乡是湖北省洪湖市，主要介绍名胜古迹风景特产之类的。）
My hometown is HongHu in the south of HuBei Province.It is famous for the HongHu Lake. HongHu Lake is located in the seventh largest freshwater lake in the whole country and the largest one in HuBei Province. It is the cradle of various kinds of fish and birds. The most beautiful scenery is lotus leaves and lotus flowers in summer. The colour of green,red and blue of the sky,wovening into a wonderful picture. HongHu has many special local products such as wild ducks(野鸭) and fresh water crabs（淡水蟹）. HongHu is also a red revolutionary base. A film called “The Red Guards on HongHu Lake”（洪湖赤卫队）is based on the real story during the domestic revolution. No matter how far I go, I will never forget my hometown--The place where I was borned and grew up.

三、介绍最喜欢的书（自我介绍中提到喜欢看书，老师就这个问题予以追问，我准备是的三国演义。）
My favorite book is Three Kingdoms,written by LuoGuanzhong. It is based on the same history of the three kingdoms period. It describes the tense struggles among three powerful political forces:LiuBei,CaoCao,SuanQuan. The story gets up from the Yellow Turbans revolt(黄巾起义)，the western Jin Dynasty(西晋) unifies finally. It is an epic times that carries many different outstanding heros. My favorite character is JiangWei(姜维). He is courageous,intelligent and modest,shouldering the mission of revitalization of his country. His courage and loyalty are admirable.

四、介绍最喜欢的电影（说一个比较出名大家都听过的，积极向上主题的电影比较合适，我准备的是勇敢的心。）
My favorite movie is Brave Heart. This film tells about a true story of a hero’s whole life in the first war of Scottish independence(第一次苏格兰人民起义). The hero named William Wallace(威廉华莱士).His persistent struggle for freedom as well as the courage to sacrifice for lofty ideal impresses me deeply. Besides,the Brave Heart won the Best Picture Oscar prize. It is famous for the magnificent scenes of wars. What’s more,my favorite movie star is Sophie Marceau(苏菲玛索).In this film,Sophie is noble and charming,proving that she is not only beautiful but also a great actress.

五、介绍本科专业（我的本科是工商管理，以此为例）
My major is Business Administration. The poupose of this major is to provide students with a challenging,high quality that result in a understanding of business. The aim of this major is to contribute to the operation,administration and oganization effectivelly. Our courses include production and operation management(生产与运作管理),international economic(国际经济学),enterprise development strategy(企业发展战略),Quality management(质量管理) and so on. After 4 years study,I have learnt basic theory of business administration and my great harvest is teamwork. I always try my best to be an inter-disciplinary talent(复合型人才).so I choose to study law.

六、研究生计划（最好有特色，别说那些好好学习努力学习一定要学习的笼统话。）
If luckly I get the chance to study in Shanghai Jiaotong University, I will concentrate on the study and reserch in this field. I make a three-steps plan for myself. In the first year,I will spare no efforts to pass the National Judicial Examination(国家司法考试) and try hard to form a systematic comprehension of law. In the second year,I will follow the steps of my supervisor,taking time to participate in social practices. In the last year,I will concentrate on my graduation thesis and try my best to make a difference in my major with the help of my supervisor and classmates. All in all,It is necessary to seize every chance for self-development,especially in such a competitive world.

七、为什么学法律
As we all know,Law is the symbol of Chinese modernization.It plays an important part in development of society with rules of law. Laws and regulations are very close to our daily life and they can deply reflect the styles and features of our society. If a person don’t know some knowledge about laws,he would not be able to maintain his legal rights or he might go wrong ways. I hope that I could have a better understanging in law by ferther study.

八、为什么选择交通大学
Shanghai Jiaotong University is a well-known university in China which focuses on a broad array of disciplines. It is the cradle of Chinese most outstanding people such as 钱学森，江泽民and王振义. I am also deeply attracted by the academic and scholarly atmosphere,as well as the youthful spurit of students in your univesity. All in all ,Jiaotong University,with a highly qualified faculty and strong academic environment ,is the university I have long admired. If I were admitted into,I will try my best to make contribution to the enrichment of your university.
